 Temperature Monitoring

CORIS sensors and controls are used by major medical centers, research labs, pathology departments, doctors’ offices, etc. to monitor the temperatures inside freezers and fridges, and warn staff when temperature limits have been exceeded, and the samples and specimens are at risk. The contents of these freezers and fridges often contain the results of years of research – difficult or impossible to replace if a freezer fails. Making sure fridges that store vaccines maintain proper temperatures is also critical, as vaccines lose effectiveness if not stored at proper temperatures.

CORIS is working with machineQ to make these critical temperature sensors available on LoRaWAN networks across the country. These new networks are specifically designed for the next generation of low cost sensors and controls, and CORIS is proud to be an early client of machineQ to deploy world class solutions for critical problems faced by the life sciences community.
