KS Technologies (KST) engineers hardware accessories and the mobile apps that power them. At the sensor level, KST has deep expertise in distance sensing, accelerometers, magnetometers, gyroscopes, spectroscopy, and more.

The KST3320, part of the KST33 Series Distance Sensor Family, is a LoRaWAN® distance sensor capable of contact-less measurement of solid and liquid levels. The device can measure virtually any object within 10mm accuracy and up to 2 meters away, making it ideal for a variety of Internet of Things (IoT) applications such as measuring the fluid depth in controlled bins, the amount of grain remaining in a silo, or the percentage full of trash cans in smart cities. With its IPx6 rated enclosure, the KST3320 is suitable for both indoor and outdoor deployments.

Features & Specifications:

Along with the other KST33 Series devices, the KST3320 includes multiple sensors providing the following measurement capabilities:

  • Distance from sensor to within 10mm resolution up to 4-meters away
  • Orientation in all three axes with 1/1000th g-force accuracy up to 8-g’s
  • Temperature and humidity in environments ranging from -20°C to +50°C
  • Pressure sensor
  • Location from GPS sensor (optional)
